75g Proteiz Plus
2 onions, 2 cucumber, 2 tomatoes - all finely chopped

Method :
1) Boil the Proteiz Plus chunks in approx 250 ml of water for 5 minutes.
1) Boil the Proteiz Plus chunks in approx 250 ml of water for 5 minutes.
2) Squeeze out the excess water from the Proteiz Plus pieces.
3) Heat a pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add the Proteiz plus pieces in the oil. Cook the pieces on low heat for 3 minutes. Add salt as per taste and cook for another 1 minute. Place the cooked Proteiz Plus pieces on a plate.
4) Add two teaspoons of oil in a hot pan and cook the rotis till they are slightly crisp.
5) Mix the tomato sauce and the green chilli sauce in a bowl.
6) Apply the sauce on the roti and add the finely chopped pieces of onions, tomato and cucumber. Add the cooked Proteiz Plus pieces. Fold the Roti in a roll. Serve hot.
